    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Woodgrove Secondary School, 3 Woodlands Ave 6, Singapore 738990

    Duration of Service: From 25 July 2024 to 24 July 2026

    Hours of Work:

    • Mondays & Fridays: 7:00am to 5:30pm (1hr lunch break)
    • Tuesdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm (1hr lunch break)
    • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (1hr lunch break)
    • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

    Scope of Services:

    • Collaborate with the school admin team to facilitate school operations.
    • Perform various general administrative tasks.
    • Manage incoming phone calls and assist walk-in inquiries from the general public, parents, and students.
    • Fulfill other office duties as assigned by the school administration.

    Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum GCE "O" Level Certificate.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Capable of working independently and within a team.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration.
    • Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
