**Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Representative to be part of their Customer Service team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Description of Customer Service Executive:

  • Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide updates on order status.
  • Facilitate returns and ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate concerns promptly and communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to address customer issues.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 5 years of order processing experience in manufacturing industry
