    Responsibilities

    • Assist in all general documentation and engineering data collation.
    • Assist to update and maintain work instruction.
    • Update department dashboard
    • Raise purchase requisitions such as RFQ & RFA
    • Raise Periodic Commuting Arrangements applications.
    • Support Sub-Committee activities.
    • Manage monthly office inventory.
    • Support office 6'S'
    • Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.
    • Demonstrate personal commitment to EH&S by meeting all EH&S legislation and regulations and driving EH&S compliance and surfacing/ correcting every unsafe situation.
    • Assist managers and engineers to compile engineering reports.
    • Assist to organize and maintain common folders and files.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Min 2 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement.
    • Hands-on in using Microsoft Office tools to update and process data.
    • Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills.
    • Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Knowledge in software application (Qlik Sense, Prosoft, SAP) is a plus.
    • Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation is a plus.
