Description
Execute Company's business development strategies to drive marketing activities and achieve sales budgets/ targets

  • Demonstrate ability to maintain existing commercial accounts and accelerate growth by sourcing and establishing new accounts
  • Create, develop and implement sales and marketing plans to generate additional revenues for the Company
- activities and reports periodically as required by the Management

  • Organise and coordinate health screening projects.
  • Involved in discussion for ironing out procedures and methodologies in the various clinical laboratory disciplines.
  • Participate in tenders and meetings to generate sale.
  • Performs other adhoc projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or related Sciences discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in similar sales and marketing role(s) with proven outside sales track records in the clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, presentation and rapport building skills
  • Strong negotiation, problemsolving, listening and customer service skills, willing to travel locally to visit clients
  • A people person who is responsible, multitasking, resourceful, selfmotivated to go the extra mile, attentive and salesoriented
