- Support and oversee daily POS, Catering and 3rd Party Delivery sales
- Preparation and sending out daily Sales Report to management
- Perform reconciliation on all payment modes for POS, Catering and 3rd Party Delivery platform
- Maintain AR aging report and follow up on outstanding
- Maintain GL schedule for AR
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales in the accounting system
- Prepare Outlet Sales declaration reports (GTO) to landlords as per Tenancy Agreement
- Arrange for GTO Audit as per Tenancy Agreement
- Assist to undertake ah-hoc assignments as and when required
- Minimum Diploma or CAT/LCCI in Accounting
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably receivable or general accounting role
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Keen eye for detail
- Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
