    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description & Requirements

    As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the day-today accounting tasks for accounts receivable and costing. You will support the Finance team with business accounting activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support and oversee daily POS, Catering and 3rd Party Delivery sales
    • Preparation and sending out daily Sales Report to management
    • Perform reconciliation on all payment modes for POS, Catering and 3rd Party Delivery platform
    • Maintain AR aging report and follow up on outstanding
    • Maintain GL schedule for AR
    • Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales in the accounting system
    • Prepare Outlet Sales declaration reports (GTO) to landlords as per Tenancy Agreement
    • Arrange for GTO Audit as per Tenancy Agreement
    • Assist to undertake ah-hoc assignments as and when required

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Minimum Diploma or CAT/LCCI in Accounting
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably receivable or general accounting role

    Personality and Competencies/Skills:

    • Good communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
