    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage projects across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
    • Utilize performance monitoring tools to assess team effectiveness and implement improvements.
    • Gather feedback for continuous enhancement of products and processes.
    • Create a positive and open environment that encourages team collaboration.
    • Address partner complaints thoroughly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
    • Serve as a role model for adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Identify training needs and work with the training team to develop relevant courses.
    • Engage in cross-departmental projects and execute daily tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a starred hotel, airline ticketing, or call center environment is preferred.
    • Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
    • Proven experience managing teams of 15 or more in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
    • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching staff.
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-discipline.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications and possess strong analytical skills.
    • Results-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
    • Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
