    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Job Brief

    We are looking for a zealous and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to support the Sales and Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties.

    Job Duties

    Sales and Marketing Assistant responsibilities include

    • Selling company's product offerings to potential clients.
    • Assisting in organizing, implementing sales and marketing initiatives and developing strategies to boost the sales and marketing functions of the company.
    • Individuals in this role can contribute into the growth and development of the company's vision, its brand and sustainability efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls including follow-up calls and close new business in all service categories
    • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
    • Communicate with retail / commercial clients and manage the sales cycle
    • Travel to visit customers locally and conduct basic site measurements for customer
    • Preparing and sending contracts, quotes and proposals
    • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collaterals
    • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
    • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
    • Prepare concise reports for presentation to the management.
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
    • Support marketing work in organizing various projects

    Requirements and skills

    • Passionate to contribute to the green economy

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Proficient in basic calculations and concepts
    • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
    • Possess the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
    • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
    • Exquisite communication and people skills
    • Being able to read shop drawings /construction drawings is a good advantage
    • Having some basic knowledge in construction sector is a good advantage
