Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to lead and support various operational activities and standby to resolve operational issues beyond normal working hours.

Responsibilities

All aspects of Business Development

• Operational Duties - handling chat platforms such as emails, calls and WhatsApp. Managing delivery schedule/route and liaise with drivers when needed. Taking walk in orders from customers when needed.
• Online Marketing - PR / Social Media
• Administrative Duties - e.g. collecting/paying bills, finding suppliers, handling complaints, issuing refunds etc.

Requirements

• Knowledge of floral arrangements, designs, and trends
• Able to work independently
• Able to make Good and Wise Business and Executive Decisions
• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Practical Skills to solve problems efficiently
• Able to adapt quickly to new environments
• Fast Learner with Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude
• Good in Computer & Typing Skills
