- Oversee/Assess plant operations and machinery equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency
- Develop/Implement operational guidelines to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Implement regular maintenance schedules and routines, and conduct regular inspections when needed
- Maintain/Update operational documentations when required
- Coordinate steam distribution schedules, and communicate any disruptions to the relevant departments
- Document/Consolidate monthly operational reports for key management stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines such as air emission monitoring, boiler inspections etc.
- Provide technical support for operation/maintenance activities, including material selection and purchasing etc.
- Train/Mentor fellow employees to improve operational efficiency and maintenance practices
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
