- Support implementation of HCM system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for support system implementation.
- Ensuring alignment of business objectives, requirement and technical specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Coordinate UAT activities, working closely with end-users to ensure system functionality meets their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful system implementation.
- Document system requirements, specifications, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support other projects and day to day activities in Payroll team.
- Experienced payroll professional with a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll operations
- Proven experience in support system implementation and testing, preferably for HR system or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into system specifications
- E xperience in developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to details with good project management skills
