• Assist the Front Office in account opening process through the conduct of due diligence searches and refresh due diligence searches.
• Execute ongoing name screening controls by performing names searches on compliance databases such as Worldcheck, Factiva, Google, etc.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team.

Requirements:

• Degree with min 1 year experience in Name Screening in Private Wealth space
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English as need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
• Good with Microsoft Office applications
