    Description
    1.Server management. Administer servers, middleware and installation of OS, software and patches in office environment.

    • Work with customer-appointed vendor and Tenant Facility management (TFM) team in carrying out service requests on the systems hosted in Government Data Centre.

      For example, raise Service Request into service portal for processing by Wintel, network, unix and database engineer and liaise with TFM and internal application team for completion and verification.

      Need to support weekly application code deployment scheduled on every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm till 8pm or till completion.

    • Perform administration and troubleshooting of office's application systems and provide daily operation support to the application users.
    • Escalate and manage any fault escalation to contractor for equipment failure.
    Provide covering duty for desktop support engineer during his absence to attend to user client's device access issues.
