Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and experiencedRESTAURANT
SUPERVISOR to join our growing company.
As a restaurant supervisor, you will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Availability to work weekends, and holidays
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
