Premium Leads is a sales-focused Premium lead generation digital marketing agency in Singapore. We produce highly convertible leads for high-growth companies in various industries such as healthcare, finance, immigration, services, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of 3+ Lead Generation Specialists (ie. Performance Marketing Executives / Assistant Managers)
  • Responsible for lead generation for our advertisers through Social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn & Biddable platforms such as Google Adwords, Youtube, etc.
You will be responsible for the campaign strategy and managing the lead generation as a whole, by managing the team members to do the following activities:

  • Create, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (paid digital advertising campaigns)
  • Develop compelling ad copies as well as comeup with the concept for Ads design such as banners, videos and landing pages.
  • Liaise with web developers, designers and content writers to produce landing pages, banners, videos or other creatives required for the campaigns.
  • Measure, analyse and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Optimise the performance of the campaigns to achieve the given leads target.
  • Team building, recruiting
  • Recruit the team, and maintain a strong team of lead generation specialists
  • Demonstrate the lead-generation plan, activities to the advertisers as well as reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a Performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency is mandatory for this role.
  • Team management experience of 2+ year is required
