The role requires an individual with an outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests
with the highest customer service while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Job Descriptions
- Ensuring that standards are met at all times.
- Assists with the smoothness and efficient service of the outlet.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant front/back of the house.
- Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Possess the knowledge to upsell, wellversed in all aspects of the menu.
- Support Restaurant Manager in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year and above of work experience.
- Hardworking, motivated, serious, team player and passionate about food, beverage and service.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver.
- Positive "cando" attitude, motivated, and passionate.
