- Teritiary qualification preferably in Data Science / Economics / Business Studies, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience for Deputy Manager role
- Strong in quantitative analysis, with proficiency in various data analytics software/tools will be an advantage
- Able to conceptualise, articulate and operationalise strategies and initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to build partnerships across different stakeholders and within the team
- Self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and able to deliver clear written, verbal, and visual arguments to senior management
- Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player and multi-task in a dynamic environment

[What you will be working on]
Public Transport Promotion Division drives key transport initiatives relating to the Public Transport Group in the areas of (i) management of travel demand, (ii) promotion of public transport commuter inclusivity, (iii) provision of bus service information, and (iv) management of organizational development within the Group.
You will develop commuter-centric initiatives, campaigns and publicity through collaborations with relevant Government agencies, internal and external stakeholders to deliver various public transport promotion initiatives to promote flexible/off-peak travel to optimize public transport capacity.
You will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative ground-up solutions to enhance public transport usage and facilitate the implementation of new travel demand management initiatives.
This would involve a strong focus on analysis of travel demand data as a basis of evaluation and recommendation of strategies.
