IT Operations - Singapore - SEARCH ALLY PTE. LTD.
Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- All daily IT Operations & Support, including media management, equipment/software inventory & management & health checks.
- Desktop & helpdesk support for all SG Branch staffs, user account administration, equipment maintenance, procurement & replacement, and main liaison personnel with local 3rdparty vendors.
- To support Team Lead in IT Operations and Support team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answerable for all branch desktop & helpdesk related issues
- Assist with project management technology infrastructure rollout.
- Ensure third party services agreement or services are met with branch standard or requirement
- Liaison for maintenance of Singapore Branch BCP Site
- Monthly reporting and submission to ISO for review
- Develop good customers and relationship with internal and external parties.
- To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Windows server, desktop, laptop and backup technology.
- Infrastructure setup.
- Vendor management.
- Business continuity planning.
- Good knowledge of Information Security
- Experience in Microsoft Teams and Cisco Jabber setup and support.
