Store Manager - Singapore - PALMS FOOD INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD

Position summary:
The store manager supervises the operations of the store to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.
This may include scheduling and supervising staff. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and daytoday operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Practices inventory control standards
- Inspects equipment and facilities throughout a shift to ensure proper working order.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Train, Schedules and supervise staff as needed
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
- Perfoms paper work duties as needed
- Comply with all health and safety regulations standard
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant environment, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members.
- Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guestoriented, excellent communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking
- Computer knowledge is desirable.
