    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Description:

    • To assist the managers and team to ensure the team's performance is in line with company's requirements.
    • Ensure all admin records are accurate and up to date.
    • To work with the team to ensure workflows are kept relevant and enforced. To review the work processes when required.
    • To prepare and attend meetings with Team mainly on jobs status review.
    • Tracking and updating of records and preparation of monthly reports and KPI.
    • Liaising with engineers and customer to resolve business transaction matters if require.
    • Perform data entry into SAP systems and Tableau.
    • Perform general admin tasks.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • 'O', 'A' Levels or Diploma (Any discipline).
    • Attention to details, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
    • Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Will be good with experience in SAP Systems and Tableau software.
