Position Summary

Senior/Principal Engineer (Reliability) is responsible for supporting and managing activities of Reliability lab.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Support Reliability Test Request raised by internal and external customers.
Provide machine readiness and perform buyoff for new Reliability tools and capacity rampup.
Establish recipes for reliability tools and procedures for various reliability test and work with vendors for proper jig/carrier designs if required.
Conduct staff training on Reliability tools and test procedures
Maintain Reliability tools and lab environment to meet the 5S and safety requirement.
Support internal and external audit and follow up all the action items captured by auditors.
Assist Finance and sale team to generate reliability service quotations for external request if any.
Work with IT team to setup system for submissions of new Reliability Test request and report uploading.
Other adhoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirement

Degree in Material/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Have a good understanding and Knowledge of JEDEC Reliability Test Requirement and Procedures, including MSL, HTS, TC, HAST/uHAST and PCT.
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is preferred
Understanding of semiconductor device quality issues
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and team approach to problemsolving
Selfdirected and able to meet commitments
