Description
Leads the outlets' team to ensure operational efficiency and that service delivery targets are achieved. Reviews operational plans, oversees the implementation of operational procedures and activities, including manpower deployment, contingency management and facilities maintenance.Ensures the adherence to regulatory and safety requirements at the outlets. As a leader, he/she is accountable for the work performance and development of the outlets' team.
Being an analytical individual with strong leadership skills. Be able to provide clear instructions and work under pressure. Performs duties within the Outlet and be required to work on weekends and during public holidays. At least 3 years experience of retail customer service
~ Evaluate the effectiveness of contingency plans for managing incidents and/or complains
~ Facilitate workplace compliance with company SOP
~ Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
~ Manage the outlets to meet business requirements
~ Manage staff performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the outlets
~ Monitor budgets and expenditure of the outlets
~ Review improvement proposals for implementation
~ Review the effectiveness of operations improvements
~ Review training needs to implement training plans for staff development
