Fast Flow designs drainage systems that seamlessly integrate into a host building, optimizing material use and achieving both architectural and engineering expectations.

To spearhead this growth, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join us as the Group Marketing Manager.

The incumbent is to lead the Marketing department and support the Group Business Development Director on the Marketing and New Business division.1.

Manages the company's new premium product range from Vasun and expands the product's reach to the Asia Pacific region while leveraged from Vasen team's Support.2.

To revamp the company's existing website in alignment with the corporate strategic plan for 2024. This includes showcasing new offerings such as the new siphonic drainage system and other product ranges from Vasen.3. Development and administer the E-marketing platform of the revamp company website to maximize online visibility and engagement.4. Develop Business Plan and Brand building strategies for Fast Flow and Vasen products.5. Support and expand the group's products and services to the countries in the Asia Pacific region.6. Future business development to cover the full range of home and office toilets and bathroom accessories.7.

Spearhead and meet the required deadline set at 2026 for company new business in buildings Soil waste business, it included the followingsa) Obtaining the necessary licenses and permits from relevant Government Departmentsb) Business visit and promotion to developers and M&E consultants.c) Collaboration with Design & Build (D&B) management corporationsd) Fostering relationship with the plumbing fraternity.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:
Possess a degree, diploma, or equivalent technical certification in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Sciences

Experience:
Preferably have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in strategic marketing and business development roles

Communication Skills:
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
