    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates who exhibit creativity, a strong affinity for children, and are eager to get their hands dirty, literally. Ideal candidates should have:


    • Relevant L1 qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education, Arts, or Teaching.


    • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting (preferred).


    • Exceptional written, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


    • An open-minded attitude and a willingness to embrace the Reggio Emilia teaching approach.


    • A receptiveness to feedback and a desire for personal growth.

    • Collaborate with children as a supportive guide, creating stimulating learning experiences.


    • Work closely with the class teacher and principal to develop a comprehensive portfolio showcasing children's progress, maintaining observation records and achievement data as needed.


    • Foster strong, positive partnerships with parents.


    • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the management team, contributing to a healthy work environment.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    The ideal candidate should possess expertise in childcare, classroom management, and early childhood education. Problem-solving skills, effective written communication, and adaptability are also highly valued. Previous teaching experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is essential. Knowledge of first aid, pastoral care, and the ability to work independently is a significant advantage.
