    Training and Product Development Manager [Beauty Service Sector]

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Development and Testing:

    • Research and identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product development strategies.
    • Coordinate product testing procedures to ensure quality, efficacy, and safety standards are met.
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize product costs and maintain profitability.
    • Develop pricing strategies that align with market demands and competitive positioning.

    Training Programs:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires on company treatment steps, SOPs, grooming standards, and professional conduct. Work closely with outlet managers and the sales director to coordinate training schedules, ensuring new hires seamlessly transition into their roles.
    • Collaborate with outlet managers and sales director to schedule new hires for training and integrate them into their roles seamlessly.
    • Advise new hires and existing staff on grooming standards and professional conduct aligned with the brand image.
    • Oversee training on the proper usage and benefits of beauty products, ensuring staff can effectively communicate this information to customers.

    Staff Development:

    • Assess existing staff skills and performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Implement upskilling programs to enhance the skills of current staff with the goal of promoting internal talent.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of training materials, SOPs, product development, and employee performance records.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., beauty management, business, human resources).
    • Proven experience in developing and conducting training programs in the beauty industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including outlet managers and the sales director.
    • Knowledge of grooming standards, industry best practices, and product development processes.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
