    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsible in all respects of corporate secretarial work with ACRA

    Strong knowledge with ACRA Statutory Reporting / Filing and Companies Act.

    Coach and review work of assistant/senior corporate secretarial team to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently

    Manage customer portfolio

    Preparation of resolutions, biz filing, updating of statutory registers and XBRL

    Maintain of Registers, Minutes Books and Lodgement with the ACRA

    Strong knowledge of CDD especially on-boarding new clients and on-going monitoring existing clients.

    Ability to liaise with and advice the client on matters on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters

    Any other matters/projects the management may require from time to time

    Able to work with minimum supervision, a candidate that is organized, meticulous. Able to manage tight deadlines.

    Must be able to converse in both English & Mandarin. Have a good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and respective associates)

    Provides coordination and administrative supports to ensure efficiency & effectiveness was carried out in operations between departments
