Description
Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedbacks related to vehicle repairs or service.

  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, empathetic, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Assess and understand the nature of the vehicle issues or service required by actively listening to customer descriptions.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and manage the workshop's appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Inform customers about the estimated time required for repairs or service, keeping them informed of any changes or delays.
  • Communicate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate information exchange and timely completion of work.
  • Provide explanations of repair processes, service packages, and pricing to customers.
  • Upsell additional services or products when appropriate and according to the customer's needs.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to workshop policies.
  • Handle customer feedbacks aiming to reach a satisfactory resolution.
  • Keep customer records and service history updated accurately in the workshop database or CRM system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer service area within the workshop.
  • Collaborate with the workshop manager and other team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of workshop services, vehicle models, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Uphold workshop policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
