Description
Supervise production staff on preparation of raw material, production, machinery operation- Plan production outputs and set daily production schedules
- Review and suggest modifications to SOPs, checklists, and work instructions
- Disseminate new operating parameters to production team for implementation
- Ensure quality of products and production areas, and workplace safety of employees
- Working with staff in continuous improvement efforts, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues with processes and equipment
- Assist in production documentation establishment and maintenance
- Enforce good safety culture and manufacturing practices
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures
- Maintain standards and quality processes to conform with the various certification standards
- Conduct daily inprocess quality control (QC) inspections at production lines
- Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records
