As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and dynamic
Medical Sales Director to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and target key accounts for business development and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
- Conduct regular sales performance analysis, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in medical technology, industry regulations, and healthcare policies to anticipate market changes and provide strategic insights.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Indepth knowledge of the medical industry, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Resultsoriented mindset and strong negotiation and presentation skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends, assess competitor activities, and make datadriven decisions.
