- Source and identify potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
