    Roles & Responsibilities


    Job Title:
    Admin cum logistic clerk (ID1490)

    Location:
    Yio Chu Kang, one way transport pick up at AMK or Yio Chu Kang

    Working Hours:
    Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

    Salary:
    $2800-$3100

    Benefit:
    AL 14 days, AWS, variable bonus or performance bonus


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.
    • Process customers' quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner
    • Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system
    • Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status
    • Process export documentation for shipments to other region
    • Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)
    • Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers' orders.
    • Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
    • Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma in Business studies or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping
    • Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage
    • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
