Description

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate IT projects from the initiation to release phases.
• Take charge of project initiation and management as the Project Manager, handling tasks like scheduling, ensuring quality, and managing costs.
• Responsible for coordinating with project team members to facilitate projects.
• Supervise sizable teams for application development team and accounting system replacement.
• Engage in stakeholder communication.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.

Requirements:

• Possess over 7 years of IT project management experience, preferably with experience working in a professional consulting firm.
• Excellent communication skill in English
• Fluent in Japanese language (Business Level) to liaise with Japanese speaker stakeholders and clients.
• Proven track record of client-facing engagements.
• Proficiency in standard project management methodologies like PMBOK.
• Seasoned in serving as a client-side Project Manager.
• Skilled in mentoring project management and project management office (PMO) members.
