Objectives of the Position


As part of the Communications team, you will be supporting the team in internal and external communication tasks to enhance engagement with employees and customers to achieve its business goals.

Main tasks

  • Generate ideas and support content development internal/external/online/market communication materials (e.g., newsletter, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining intranet/internet and other internal collaboration platforms
  • Support the organization of trade exhibitions or events
  • Coordinate with vendors/agencies for the development and production of communication materials
  • Support any other communication programs as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Commitment to a fulltime (preferable) or a mix of fulltime and parttime internship from April
  • October/November 202
  • Students of Master or Bachelor's degree in communications, media, marketing, or any related disciplines
  • Excellent command of English in spoken and written form. Knowledge of the Chinese language is preferred as the position is expected to communicate with the China team and coordinate promotional activities in China.
  • Highly proficient in the content management systems, Microsoft 365, and social media
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Basic knowledge in photo and video editing is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, creative, and result oriented.
  • Able to work from the office and work from home (at least 20% work in the office) and virtual collaboration with colleagues in different locations as needed to support regional managers in the Asia Pacific covering different countries in the region.
