- Responsible for company's in-house accounting related work
- Record receipts and payment in accounting software
- Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction
- Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
- Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
- Prepare GST quarterly submission
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance.
- Update cashflow report daily
- Other ad-hoc duties related accounts matter as and when assigned
- Proper documentation and filing systems
- Errands to bank / post office etc.
- Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling partial set of accounts
- Candidates who are currently studying / attained Accounting Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA are advantageous)
