- Creation & maintenance of employees' personal files, update employees' data to payroll system
- Prepare and keep proper filing of all Employment Contracts
- Responsible for review and implementation of company policies and processes including employee handbook
- Collate attendance and payroll data for submission and coordinate with relevant departments and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Drafting HR related memo to communicate any changes in policies, procedures and other HR matters
- Work pass admin, such as work pass application, renewal, cancellations, issuance, update foreign worker details in MOM website
- Insurance for company and workers, administer work injury compensation, MOM reporting for insurance claims
- Training related matters including enrolment of courses
- Review government and related claims generated by payroll vendor, e.g CPF, Childcare leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, NS makeup claim, income tax IR8A, IR21 etc
- Responsible for recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening and arranging interveiws
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR admin
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Preferably with background in HR, HR systems, HR data
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative
- Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team
- Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information
