    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Creation & maintenance of employees' personal files, update employees' data to payroll system
    • Prepare and keep proper filing of all Employment Contracts
    • Responsible for review and implementation of company policies and processes including employee handbook
    • Collate attendance and payroll data for submission and coordinate with relevant departments and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
    • Drafting HR related memo to communicate any changes in policies, procedures and other HR matters
    • Work pass admin, such as work pass application, renewal, cancellations, issuance, update foreign worker details in MOM website
    • Insurance for company and workers, administer work injury compensation, MOM reporting for insurance claims
    • Training related matters including enrolment of courses
    • Review government and related claims generated by payroll vendor, e.g CPF, Childcare leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, NS makeup claim, income tax IR8A, IR21 etc
    • Responsible for recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening and arranging interveiws
    • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR admin

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma holder
    • Preferably with background in HR, HR systems, HR data
    • Effective communications and interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative
    • Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team
    • Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information
