Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the P&L and performance of underlying suite of trade finance product solutions
- Drive the endtoend revenue growth strategy, from ideation of the product solutions, development, and execution of commercialisation plan
- Manage and monitor product performance such as revenue, risks, customer service, digital channels and costs efficiency
- Develop trade financing solutions with clear market value proposition to drive and increase revenue from internetwork flow
- Lead engagement with product, sales, operation and other internal stakeholders across the network to identify growth opportunities and ensure successful implementation of product strategies
- Proactively seek collaboration with external partners, which include fintech players and multilateral agencies, to identify new revenue and market opportunities
- Keep abreast on digital innovations and market trends in trade finance especially in sustainability area, identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customers' needs.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in Trade Finance arena (Documentary Trade and Open Account), with knowledge of product associated risks which include legal, compliance, credit, operation.
- Experience in Product Management role is preferred, with emphasis on product solutioning, new product development and commercialisation
- Exposure to digitalisation or sustainability related projects / initiatives is an advantage
- Business orientated, enterprising and inquisitive in new way of doing things
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote capabilities to internal stakeholders and external partners/customers. Multigeography exposure is a plus.
- Team player and willing to share knowledge
