Description
Responsibilities:
Manage customer quality and understand customer requirement. Handle customer complaints and quality related queries. Implement customer requirement, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness. Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continual improvement. Part and line approval follow up (Q-package).
Job Requirement:
College degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge with more than 3 years' experience in quality control including more than 2 years' experience in customer quality management.
At least 1 year quality engineer's experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service. Familiar with quality tools and knowledge of IATF16949 standard, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and 5 Core Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA). Knowledge of six sigma is preferred. Well learning ability to understand customers' request. Good spoken and written English language skillsNot Specified
