Description

We are interior construction company who specialized in hospital A&A works.

In this position, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of building and construction projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice
Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Subcontractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Relevant degree from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
Minimum 3 years working experience in project management of building and construction projects
Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members
Ability to think outofthebox
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
Certification in "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers"
