What the day will look like
-
Future Client Growth: through understanding of the client needs develop Credit Solutions across existing/future Aon clients - with focus on the Trade Credit growth strategy and execution.
-
Pipeline management: manage inbound leads, as well as outbound outreach to develop the pipeline of new business. Objective being to deliver/exceed the agreed revenue goals.

Relationship management: interact with various role levels across a client organization including credit management, finance, treasury and C-suite.

United approach: learn and understand the Aon story to articulate how we help clients make better decisions, across credit and the wider commercial risk, health and wealth solution lines.

Broking: engage with the insurance market on new transactions to obtain client solutions.

Digital: work with Aon's innovation team to develop solution line technology platforms.

Team:collaborate with country, regional and global colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients. This will include participation in client planning, strategy and execution.

Systems: use the Aon platforms [including pipeline management, broking and talent systems].

Compliance: ensure compliance with Aon processes and code of business conduct.

Development: aligned with the Aon models [impact, blueprint, client promise] follow the objectives agreed with your manager.


How this opportunity is different

  • As a Growth Director you are a part of the Credit Solutions global specialty, which includes the Trade Credit, Structured Credit, Political Risk and Surety solution lines. The primary goal is to grow new Trade Credit revenue across Asia, in alignment with Country, Regional and Global colleagues.

Language(s): English proficiency (oral / written). Other languages beneficial.

Technology: system literacy, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
