Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit plans that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation and benefit packages remain competitive in the industry.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Analyze salary survey data to determine appropriate salary ranges for different job positions.
  • Participate in job evaluation and classification exercises to ensure accurate job grading and leveling.
  • Support the annual performance evaluation process by providing compensation data and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related transactions.
  • Monitor legislative changes related to compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefit programs to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and employees on compensation and benefit-related matters.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefit Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently.
  • Solid knowledge of compensation and benefit principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
