    Customer Service Associates | Training provided | City Hall

    5.5 Days; 11am-8pm/11am-4pm

    $2500-$3000 (Depends on experience)

    Location: North Bridge Road [ City Hall ]

    Job Scope:

    • Perform a variety of tasks to offer exceptional service to customers.
    • Communicating with customers in-person and over the phone.
    • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
    • Communicate and coordinate with peers.
    • Handle enquiries and requests
    • Filing/documents management
    • Customer service
