Admin Assistant - Singapore - SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP
Description
Handling office administration matters- (Couriers, vendors, daily letter distribution, carpark Issues, daily HR announcements, tenancy agreements, insurance, credit card matters etc.)
- Maintaining proper files and handling issues regarding to Properties & Timeshares
- Assist on issuing invoices and receipts using inhouse financial system
- Keying in necessary accounting data to assist Finance in generating monthly/ yearly Profit & Loss account & Balance Sheet
- Assist manager in HR matters
- Getting signatures from Directors/ Managers for important documents/ resolutions.
- Organising adhoc annual events & orders (e.g. Christmas party/Gift Exchange, 7th month Prayers, Calendar Orders, Mooncake orders, CNY orders for customers etc.)
- Minimum O Level
Welcome entry level
- Training provided
5 days work (9am to 6pm)
- Work location at
Lower Delta Rd - Tiong Bahru:
Salary $2300 - $2800:
- Start work immediately or within short notice
