- Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc)
- Carry out the recruitment of management staff and workers as and when required including the posting of Job advertisements, shortlisting of qualified candidates and selection of candidates. Provide HR direction and support to management team
- Manage interview schedules and liaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managers
- Consolidating feedback from hiring managers and updating candidates on outcomes
- Plan, budget and execute employee welfare program
- Check, reconcile and validate to ensure all payroll transactions and all employer/employee claims are processed accurately and timely
- Process accurate and timely reports for submission to IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
- Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation (EPOL & WPOL)
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences as required.
- Manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews
- Work with managers to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
- Be strategic & analytical to see the long & short term objectives for the company & overall in line with the company objectives
- Work across boundaries and cultures to ensure compliance in HR processes and procedures; review and take responsibility to improve service quality and processes
- Maintain data from exit interview, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs and supervisory issues.
- Registration of courses & maintenance of training record.
- Submit WDA training grants.
- Creation and regular maintenance of employee's data files.
- Administer HR-related documentation which include but not limited to Staff Confirmation, Long-Service Award, Certification of Employment, Acknowledgement of Resignations etc
- Provide assistance and administrative support to any other HR project and duties as assigned
- Insurance renewal
- Other duties as necessary
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min 5 years of related working experience in related field is required for this position
- Good understanding of MOM/BCA manpower policies for construction industry
- Motivated and meticulous
- Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Work location: East
- Work hours: 5 days
