Your tasks

As the central point of contact for employees and line managers for all HR topics within his/her area of responsibility, you provide the expertise in and timely execution of standardized, mostly tool-supported transaction processing to provide high quality, highly efficient and effective solutions for customers.

You ensure

Acts as central point of contact for specialist topics, ensure effective rollout and implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring consistent interpretation and administration of HR programs and company policies/procedures.
Support processes related to the assigned specialist topic (incl. quality gates & checks) and ensures adherence
Maintain (electronic) personnel records; researches data to verify employment and salary records
Input required data into the HR system for maintaining, payroll, organizational management, recruiting, GHR, etc.
Explain work instructions to others, adapting guidelines to the assignments as necessary
Continuously monitor quality and quick turnover of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
Responsible for all administrative activities in the area of responsibility
Ensures continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Employees, Line Managers, HR Business Partners)

Profile:

Degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
3~5 years of HR or related experience preferable
Fluent English language skills
Flexible mindset while also considering the legal aspects
Problemsolving ability and customer orientation
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
