**M&E Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Well verse in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, Lift & Escalator system
:

-
M&E Design, Coordination, Manage subcontractor .

  • Drive site progress
  • Resolve
    interfacing issue with existing building systems.
  • Able to lead M&E coordinator and engineer
  • Drive
    material submission and
    shop drawing approval.
-
Master Program Planning.

  • Well verse in contract and able to fight for
    Variation Order if any.
  • Equip with BIM knowledge

Job Requirements
-
Dip or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
:


  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Project Manager
  • Min 6 years in M&E construction projects experience.

Well verse in Code of practise .
