At our Singapore Clinical Trial site, we are providing full global clinical supplies expertise and services to all phases of new drugs development.
Responsibilities
- Lead / work with functional teams to streamline process to improve the customer experience, enable profitable growth and become more efficient.
- Diplomatically cultivate an actionbased culture of continuous improvement to improve KPIs across EHS, customer, people, quality, operations and finances.
- Provide support to develop lean expertise and capability within the organization at all levels.
- Improve the decisionmaking model and problemsolving capabilities within high performance teams to increase autonomy and the page of change.
- Provide ongoing lean support to multiple teams. Work with the expanded team to develop, promote, standardize the business system further.
Education
- Degree or equivalent required.
Qualifications
- Passion for driving improvement and leading change, with broad knowledge of global organizational processes and financial business methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and influence leadership and all level of organization.
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement expertise.
- Connect cross functional resources to remove waste along the extended value streams.
- Be holistic and willing to integrate and streamline systems for optimal benefit.
- Lean sixsigma certificate, PMP is a big plus.
Skills
- Engineering, science, operations or business bachelor's degree, five years' professional experience in leading continuous improvement projects initiatives.
- Lean six sigma experts with extensive experience and handson track record of implementing successful business systems and lean leadership, include daily management, leader standard work, Gemba Walks etc.
- Strategy deployment, value stream mapping.
- Kaizen events on standard work, cell design, process and product 3P, VAVE (Value Analysis, Value Engineering), errorproofing, materials flow, Heijunka and Kanban, expertise in problem solving utilizing formal 8D, 5Why, Pareto etc.
- Proven track record of identifying and deliver yearoveryear improvements and financial impact.
- Proven track record of developing, training and mentor teams, and ability to manage and influence across and up into the organization
