• Trainee will be implementing marketing plans and strategies in accordance to the latest market trends, popular items and customer preferences.
• Create promotional materials and designs, sales posters and related materials to boost company exposure and improve brand awareness.
• Trainee will be managing the company social media pages such as Facebook and Carousell.
• Will be handling all queries, complaints and orders while keeping the page updated with new products and services, along with pictures of completed projects to showcase company's work and precision.
• Trainee will be communicating and liaising with customers and understand their needs and requirements in order to keep abreast of customer attitudes, demographics, buying habits etc.
• Evaluates and report on the market reactions to advertising programs, social media placement, and merchandising policy.
• Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets and take corrective actions when necessary.
