Purchasing Executive - Singapore - HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Issue, monitor, and update team on Purchase Order statuses promptly, including payment processing for production scheduling.
• Coordinate timely artwork routing with Branding and Regulatory Affairs.
• Monitor and schedule open orders with external providers for on-time shipment.
• Update relevant departments with shipping details upon receipt from external providers.
• Collaborate with Warehouse for timely deliveries and report issues to providers.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Halal standards and ensure procurement aligns with MUIS requirements for Halal products/raw materials/finished goods.
• Ensure maintenance of full import permits for data validation and quarterly MES reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
• At least 1 year of working experiences in related field.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and Halal.
