Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations within a multidisciplinary team, for patients with chronic illness who have stressrelated mental health problems to enable them to better manage their medical conditions
Design and conduct relevant workshops/group sessions for patients and the public and be involved in research to advance the understanding of practice in primary care
Design programmes and conduct training for clinical staff

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (preferred) or Applied Psychology
Eligible for registration or registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Passionate to work in primary care or in the community
