Description

Allianz Apprenticeship 12-month Programme with Business Function Information Regional Security Office (IS) and Regional Organisational Management (OM), Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) starting in Feb/Mar 2024.

There will be 2 rotations to IS and OM.

Besides your role in the ISO/OM business function, you will embark on a Mentor/Mentee programme to support you throughout the apprenticeship.

Together with other apprentices in the programme, you will have an opportunity to deliver an ESG solution to Allianz's Sustainability problem statement.

What you do

Regional IS:

Ensure Group information security framework (GISF) and specific information security requirements are fulfilled; especially by governing the implementation of the security framework and monitoring and reviewing the project resulting processes and mechanisms.
Define and enable specific action plans to attain and maintain compliance to minimum requirements, security standards and project specific requirements.
Support Regional CISO in advising OE management in information security related issues
Conduct Information Security assessment and due diligent activities for Regional projects
Support and escalation to Regional CISO for identified breach of the requirements from the Group Information Security Framwork.

Key Learning Objectives include:

Gaining knowledge and hand-on experience of Allianz Group information security framework (GISF), by governing the implementation of the security framework and monitoring and reviewing the project with Group driven security processes and mechanisms.

Regional OM:

Project coordination and project management support for various Regional OM projects, working with cross functional teams in AZAP, OEs and Group
Work with OEs to ensure timely data compilation for Sustainable ITOPs, support them in addressing their queries with the help of necessary SME teams (in Group and Region), drive them to execute on action plans to improve the KPIs
Support in delivering all necessary reports and KPIs for Sustainable Ops at the regional level
Support in reporting project/program status for Regional OM projects, work with cross functional stakeholders to adddress any risk items, escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure project timelines are maintained.

Key Learning Objectives include:

Change Management and Project Management knowledge, Hands on knowledge on Insurance Operations, Process flows, Sustainability scope of Allianz and Crabon footprint reduction Agenda and actions across Asia markets, better understanding of challenges in Asia for Sustainability targets and how Allianz is navigating those.

What you bring

Regional IS:

Experience in cyber security or a technologyrelated field include following:
Threats/risks posed by new technologies spanning networks, hardware, software, etc.
Analyzing and responding to advanced cyber threats, technology risk and the motivation/attack vectors of each threat
Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue thru completion
Ability to work in multiple projects and collaborative environment

Regional OM:

Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint; and internetbased research.
Project Management and coordination experience, ability to successfully influence, persuade and motivate others to act.

Good organisation and task planning skills

Ability to work within a team and alone
Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, able to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
