Job Purpose

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and updating the transport schedules for the respective account managers or clients (centers).
  • Assist in preparing daily supporting documentation of Adhoc transport bookings, arrange and keep all parties informed of the transport arrangement.
  • Assist in preparing the sales quotation and invoices.
  • Handle the monthly collection of transport fees for a group of 65 clients.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for transport fees collections.
  • Prepare monthly trip analysis report for a group of clients.
  • Manage fleet accessories inventory.
  • Assist with the Account Receivable and Account Payable.
  • Assist with other administrative related duties as required.
  • Prepare to serve as a adhoc bus attendant (if required

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Min ITE Certificate in Business Studies or Diploma in Business Management or related studies.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Formulas), Words, powerpoint, and google mail
  • Able to handle tight deadlines and stress.
  • Able to communicate effectively with across all levels
  • Basic Bookkeeping knowledge and Quickbook Online is preferred.
